I just pressed all my kief (from about an ounce or more of various weed) this weekend with my pollen press from ebay (10 bucks, what a deal). I have a little cake about the thickness and size of two pennies stacked. I have never smoked kief (I saved all mine for 4/20) and I am just checking to make sure that there's not a special way to smoke it to get the most out of it (I've heard something about cornering from wikipedia).

Yea put a little weed in your bowl. Set a little bit on top. The keif burns and burns and burns. Its like it doesnt want to turn to ash.

you can smoke it off of a knife to. just put 2 knives, butter knives are best, on the burner of your stove and turn the burner on. while your waiting for them to heat up what you nedd to make is a collector. bassicaly just get a empty 2 liter bottle or milk jug and cut the bottom off of it. take the cap off of the top of your collector and set it to the collector to the side for now. take a small peice of keif and roll it between your fingers into a ball. set your keif ball down. now get your oven mits of whatever you have to keep your hands from getting burned from the hot knives. this is where your friend comes in. whoever is not smoking will be holding the knives for the other person. to get the keif on the knife simply take one of the knives and lightly touch it to the keif ball, it should pick it up. once you have it on the knife turn it so the ball wont fall off and place the other knife on top of it. at this time put your collector in a position so that it begins to gather the smoke billowing up from the knives. as the collector starts to fill up take a big rip from the hole in top of the jug. make sure you keep the collector over the knives and collect the smoke even when you are not hitting it. soon enough you have a collector full of smoke and a great high. i know it sound complicated but once you do it the first time you'll understand a little better. and yeah its more involved than just throwing it in a bowl but its actually kind of fun to do. once both parties involved are ripped things dont work as well and it just gets funny. lol try it man the old timers that taught me how to do it said the learned it from Veitnam vets returning home, and they all swear by this method to this day. in my opinion its one of the most pure highs you can get
cornering just means to only light a little corner of it. say you corner an average bowl of bud, just means when your done with the first hit half of it will be a charred and the other side will be fresh and green for duce.
throw some prime bud in a bowl and flop one of those little kief discs on top. light up one side of it to keep it from all burning, i'd suggest somewhat small hits to conserve it, let it cherry till it goes out.
