what does a good seed look like?

I have a large collection of bag seed, and they vary alot by size, and color. does anybody have some good tips for selecting the best ones to plant?

hard, dark, and heavy

but is bigger better then smaller? does anybody have a good guide to selecting seeds?

lol everything is a contradiction! okay, so by darker bits, do you mean specks? i have a few seeds with specs.

i read once that you can tell if its male or female by examining the but of hte seed, but im not sure.

so how can i distinguish between them?

im wondering if i cann figure out which would be a good indoor plant by looking at the seeds. they all look very different.

no you cant just plant them all and go with the best one:thumbsup:

i also have a bunch of bagseed that im germing. I look for the fattest/biggest seed with tiger stripes.
