BUSTED!

This weekend sucked, pulled down to see my best friend, and just got into town, hopped in with him, and drive to his house, and right outside theres a random sobriety check, well they pull him out, and give him a fuckin DUI, and they come open up my door, find my bag of weed, search me find my pipe, and im high as a mother fucker, so i had no idea what the fuck to do... Spent all weekend in jail, and my friend got to go that night.. $500 doller bail, it sucked... Couldnt get ahold of anyone, noone had money... FUCKIN COPS!

Let me check this out here. Your friend got out that night, and you spent weekend in jail. That suuuuucks.

I would look to contest that in court big time. Random pulls are basically illegal. Even running plates without cause is illegal.

Those assholes. 500 dollars. Wow, I know some one busted for pot that only had to pay 40. What is up with 500.

Sorry though, it sucks getting arrested. Hope you had lube with you. Musta really hurt otherwise.

What though, buddy could not come up with loot. I guess he is worse off than you with the DUI anyway.

man, he said they hit a booze it or loose it check. your tellin me that they just randomly picked him and got lucky? nah man. if he had enough to drink to get a DUI, you could smell it on him. and i dunno about where you are from but around here at a check point they can have you pull to the side for absolutley no reason. its a scare tactic. they hope you noid out and do something stupid to give them a reason to fuck with you. so yeah, your pretty much fucked. oh yeah, where do you live man? how much did they catch you with?

i didn't watch the video. but i did check out the flex you rights page. a disclaimer to anyone that reads any page that tells you how to avoid searches and such. sure, these laws may apply to a certain town, state, or country but they might not protect you where you are. in the town i lived in a few years back if you were walking down the road and a cop stopped you, he could legally search you for no reason, just because you were walking. if you deny a request for a search this gives the officer enough to get a warrant (think about it, any judge or magistrate is gonna give a warrant because this implies you are hiding something.) i know a few cops and have some good friends that are or were at on time cops, so i know that good cops exist. on the same note so do bad cops, and if you challenge any search or file a complaint it is always your word against his. you could have a minivan full of witnesses that say he jerked you out of the car through the window, but that means nothing because when he seached the car he found drugs. and when drugs get found it deals a serious blow to anyones credibility.

NE area, still criminalized. quarter. not much. my shit was lame. movie theater parking lot. i bought my ticket for lord of the rings and went back to car. had an hr to kill. twisted one up, and next thing i know there is this skinhead cop staring at me...i could see him in rare.


i was like fuck. i tossed joint ...and the garbage in my truck ate it [passenger seat]. i denied what i was doing, first mistake. skinhead ripped me outa car. searched and found my quarter.

oh yea, by that point, i tried giving my shit up. but, well i forgot where i hid my shit...like a minute after i hid it. lol. that enraged him. he did not believe me. my car was a mess with a ton of shit in it. making matters worse. my chances of getting let go were long gone.

well...he found my quarter and off to jail i went. judge laughed ... i swear.

small victory. when i got my car back...guess what i found...yep...my bone i rolled. went right back to that theater and blazed it up and saw god dam lotr!

I too spent a nightin jail. 6am my old man bailed me out. not good. unit mad.

lol. 40 bail, 30 court fee. charges dismissed. that day. prosecuter, who was a sergent and ended up out there on scene said...i dunno what you did...but you normally would not have been arrested. musta really pissed him off [skinhead that is].

well, as you can see from the above statements...when cought with your pants down...don't lie. don't toss what you have. if i handed him the bone...he probably woulda taken it...rubbed it in ground and said leave.

maybe i was going down anyway...but i just mighta gotten away with keeping my stash and only losing the joint.

bah, 02 was a real bummer. an old best freind od on shit that year to. that really really sucked.

damn man i feel for you on your freind hittin the od. actually i was talking to frick when i asked where he was and how much because i was wondering how hard assed the cops and courts are where he is. i got caught the night before Christmas eve. and yes i got caught by doing something completley fucking retarded. we were blazed out of our minds and riding around. decided it was time to smoke another one and pulled over in a parking lot to roll it(yeah i know completley amature but at that time i was, well, a complete amature). we didn't pay any attention to the fact we were on one of the worst side of town. someone apparently called the cops because one rolled in from one side of the building and another boxed us in from the other way. there we were, just finished rolling a joint and my buddy still had shake in his lap. when we saw them we hid the joint behind a picture he had taped to his sunvisor and brushed off the shake. when they saw us all squinty eyed and shit they knew. first question they asked was were we smoking. they asked us to step out of the car and i didn't know this at the time but when we got out of the car it gave them the right to search us and the car. they ended up finding my shit(about a dime sac) and my buddies and a pipe we had. put us in cuffs and in the back of one of the cars. they fucked with us about jail and shit but in the end let us go with our little pink citations and a court date. as we drove back by them they stopped us and told me to roll my window down and i'll never forget what he said to me. look at me with a shit eating grin and waved and wished us a marry Christmas. lol fucker
