im lookin to stop smoking weed..it's sad really..my fitness level has gone to HELL..last year i was able to do like 14 chin-ups..believe it or not..i can only do 2 with ALOT OF TROUBLE..ive completely quit focusing on my fitness & mental well-being..
im a big pothead..there's no denying it..ive changed..alot of people dont like me for who i am nowadays..it's been 7 days..
any advice u fellas would like 2 give me?
Dude im right there with ya haha. just stop dude, think of all the money you will save and how much more stuff you will be able to do. but its all up to you, do what you want
well..im trying to go until..at least..mid july w/o smoking..im gonna focus on my fitness level..start runnin some more..start building some upper body power i've lost..start re-gaining the straight a marks i used to get..

i'm sorry but its not pot making you out of shape, you should just play a sport or do something active every so often and you should be able to still burn and feel good about yourself at the same time
one lil peice of advice id like to give, if u wantin to drinkat all just decide not to and use a vaporizer for those once and awhile times saves ur lungs abit and same effect preety much but i just got back on it or id quit with ya but what ever decision u make ill promote it
It's not the weed's fault. If you exercise often and eat nutritionally, the cannabis will be but a tiny dent, and a nonexistent one with vaporizers or oral consumption.
