Waterfarm SPLASH w/ Pics
Hey all,
I tried the waterfarm. I had the hydroton too far away from the drip ring before. Water was splashed and lots were left on the leaves, I also didn't have a timer set up back then. So the water left behind these salts and stuff and I guess the leaves weren't able to evaporate it or something.
I have it set 45 off, 15 on now. This is working nicely.
So now, I'm wondering...can I bring back these plants into a future of healthy life? Is the damage pretty severe? Will there be a 1-2 week delay?
This camera is a POS! Crappy quality, here are 3 damaged seedlings. I kind of crumbled the dead crap off the tips. What do ya think?

Thank Weedhound for this tip not me .
Foam disposeable plates . slit them to the center of the plate and cut a 1 - 1 1/2 in. hole in center and place seedlings in center of plate w/ the plate resting on top of the driprings = no more splashing , atleast not on the plants .
Peace

I read about someone else having the same problem and they used coco on top of the hydroton to eliminate the splashing. It supposedly worked very well.
