Yeah so I have to take a piss test for a summer job this year :(
Anyways I quit yesterday the 10th and will be taking the test in March probably after the 4th.
I'm like
-220
-15% body fat
-smoke everyday for past 2 weeks and smoked for like 6mo now
What do I need to get in shape. I hear THC is stored in fat cells so that is gonna be my problem.
I don't want to have to do a detox kit if I don't have to ...
Any ideas? I really need to pass lol.

if you want to get in shape, get yourself some running shoes and a jump rope and use em both.
also eat right and quit drinking juice and soda.

yeah uhm i smoked a week b4 a drug test and passed it. Just stop totally. The more you smoke the longer it stays in ur system. Just stop til u get the job.
greetings, quit now; duh but stay away from any second hand smoke. Go to your local head shop & explain your situation to them. I used a product called,DETOXIFY, they claimed 200% $ back if you fail. I had five weeks to detoxify for a company that doesn't fuck around w/ stoners, Honeywell spends serious $$$ to "weed" out folks like me every year. If you have food co-op local, go and buy a bulk bag of detoxify tea. You can buy cranberry tablets, which help cleanse. I also rode my bike everywhere, I lost 24 lbs in 5 wks. The DETOXIFY drink worked, I passed. Its a grape color and they provide extra strength for folks as heavy as us. Fasting weed for this long was a bitch, since I am a grower & avid smoker; but did I get fucked up on that first bowl. Golden Seal is another option. Do you know hoe extensive the test may be? You said March but I am guessing you meant May. Aerobic exercise is about the only thing you can do to help eliminate THC from your body. Don't listen to RNW or anyone else you tells you saunas and niacin. Read this.
