ADS Double Perc

Here's my ADS (Amsterdam Design Studios) frosted donut base double perc. Whew!
Frosted finish which is nice and "grippy", for those extended sessions and latenights - the donut base helps with this too as it sits rock stable, even on carpet with the heavy ashcatcher.
Holds a lot of water so it doesn't get warm as quickly as a straight.
Engraved ADS script, 24" tall, super thick glass.
Dual PHx style percolators (dunno which came first actually - maybe PHx has ADS style percs?)
18mm joint with a handmade ashcatcher. I like using the ashcatchers with my perc bongs because they make cleaning a whole lot easier.

I received it as a gift from one of my oldest girlfriends, about 12 years ago and the only time it gets used is when we get together - so that means for the last 5 years, it gets used about once a year or so. I don't really need it but its sentimental so I keep it around - plus it looks damn good on the shelf!

does it hold alot of water, that donut on the bottom doesnt look too big
