This isnt all of the time, it happens whereever, randomly. Its never actually happend to me before besides just recently. Right under my Left breast area, if I take deep breaths I get like a constricting sharp pain sensation. Its hard to describe... So uhm shuld I see a doctor? lol.
I dunno. I get this alot too. It ussually happens after a meal. When did it happen for you? I don't think its too serious considering its happened to me a bunch of times. But i'm really no health professional and up until last year or so I saw a doctor once every two years....
It's wind. I get it sometimes too. Nothing to worry about!
Odds are, it's either indigestion (Yes, it DOES feel like your heart is about to explode), or anxiety. It could also by a byproduct of smoking, as it raises your blood pressure and heart rate.
Regardless, I'd get it checked out. Chances are, it's not serious, but you never know.

I'm telling you it's trapped wind. I dont bet, but im willing to put ALOT of money on it. It's nothing else - apart from trapped wind.
