I couldn't see why? As long as exercising doesn't become running off cliffs. You might come down hard and just crash and sleep for hours but I can't see why it would be really bad for you.
i duno i was like reading some thing about drugs...it was prolly some other drug but it said : things to avoid while high...and one of then was exersize...so that made me wonder
i would imagine it would be uppers (meth, coke...and so on) due to the increased heart rate while on the drug then add the hate rate of exercise....and you know that would be bad...anything that raises your blood pressure, or heart rate you should probably avoid excessive streneous activities
Well marijuana actually speads up heart rate and blood pressure as well lol.
When you excercize, your body releases natural opiates... so maybe getting high and exercising is a bit like dabbing a pin-sized amount of opium on a bowl of weed :D
When ya say it like that excercise dont sound so bad...nah, who wants to do anything when their smashed
I smoke pot and excise more often than just smoke pot. I play DDR alot and lift weights too. Go to the odd tae kwon do class too (not super baked though). I havn't notcied any bad effects at all. Only thing I find different is I can do more pushups, play longer, whatever it is. For me, being high takes the part of the mind that says 'ok I want to give up now becuase its getting hard' and tells it to fuck off. I think it gives me a better workout.
Either way, I would figure that exercising when your high is better than not exercising at all, so if the only time you feel like doing it is when your high, do it. :)
Edit: maybe don't do it if you have high blood pressure and stuff. I guess the key is you are worried, do it in small amounts and get used to it. The most important thing is to listen to your body, it'll tell you what hurts it and what helps it.
You'll be right i do it always
I absolulely love going for a bike ride down some trails and burning a couple bowls along the way.
if your overweight or out of shape u proberbly shouldnt do any crazy amounts of exercises like a 5 mile run or some sort of crazy arobecs just because of your elevated heart rate which brings the risk of a heart attack.
