Bob marley 100% hemp rolling papers in my dad's shaving kit. I bumped it, and everything spilled out, along with them.
Before we went to jamaica for vacation, he talked to me (I think he was wasted though) about smoking the "ganja" while we were there
I didnt, but im pretty sure he did. I smoke weed up to 2 times a week, and i guaruntee that he will not find my stash. I just want your guys' opinions.
Should i openly ask him about it? Or should i wait and use it as a defence if he ever catches me baked?
Im thinking if he's a regular toker, he wouldnt be mad, and might toke up one day. But if he's not, i think it could definately take the heat off me

Uh, wait to get more evidence that he's a toker, he could have gotten them as a souvenir or something...

why is it kids always think they can get something over the parents cuz they find toking stuff in their parents belongings...

your question is sort of a good one.. but phrased wrongly and built on the wrong principles....

should you strike up a conversation with your dad cuz you found evidence he may have toked in a past life, or should you keep quiet, and only use it as a last resort to lessen punishment (not rid you of it)...

tha'ts up to you really.. you need to understand his way of thinking, something none of us can... if he seems liek a liberal who is open to discussion over such things, i feel honesty is the best policy, even if it doesn't go well, you tried.... however if he has the republican all drugs are bad stance.. it'd probably be best kept in the dark... i hate lying to people, but in a situation like this, hidiing it is probably best anyways, for more than one reason..

first of all, i don't feel any kid should lose what their parents provide them with, just cuz he lieks to somke now and then (as long as he takes care fo his shit... school work ect) second, alot fo parents these days have no clue what they even 'hate'... they kno wwhat the govt. has told them... which just turns around and basicly says they know nothing of what they hate...

i am aware that i know my dad more than you guys, and you cant understand his thinking,
i dont think that he would be that obsessive with his power and think of himself as better than me because he overcame it
i improved my average since i started toking, and i play competitive hockey, and dont feel it affected my physical self
i was just asking for your input, and i guess you gave it
i have just thought alot about this and needed other peoples input

i think im just going to wait for more evidence, or if he catches me, tell him i found his papes and just talk about it

If he said for you not to smoke weed while yall was THERE...(KEYWORD THERE!) he probably knows you smoke at home but he aint want u to smoke it THERE

My friends dad is a major stoner, keeps his bong out and has had up to a quarter pound sitting out in the open, and he got super pissed when he found out his son was smoking. Just because they smoke, or did smoke, doesn't mean they will be cool with it.

Well I honestly think if he smokes he will not be as mad if he was a dad that didn't like Cannabis and was against it like my dad. My mom and every adult that I know that smokes is cool with the fact that I do it. So I think you should just openly ask him and discuss it with him if it's on your mind and get it out of the way.
