first indoor grow K2

hi, got some k2 seeds in a coffee shop in the dam, germinated them 4 days ago put them in pots and they broke soil this morning.the soil ph is 6-7 i am going to feed bio grow for veg not going to start nutes for a few days? Using a 400 watt mh light but having trouble keeping temp down its holding at 32c which is high 80s the light is 2 metres from the pots on an 18-6 cycle fan on when light is and extractor on constantly. Is the mh light too strong for this early stage i havent got any flourescents so i hope they will be fine.any one tell me about k2?;)

how big is ur grow space?

its 3m high 2m deep and 1m wide

getting concerned temp in room got up to 35c yesterdy and the dummy leaves folded right back ive turned the fan up ,the mh light is much warmer than my hps as the hps holds 28-30c in the same grow space the next few days should be crucial

Hi rottenfork.you will have to do something about the temps as u will end up with possible males if you dont. Take them out of the grow box and place them on the window ledge for a couple of days or until u sort the temps out .they are to young to cope with temps that high it will stress the butt of them.be safe the postman.

hello mate you need a bigger intake fan and some flexi ducting so you can direct it to the plants, no your light is cool at that distanse try and positon the osalating fan so it moves the air inbetween the light and the seedlings,good luck dude let us know how you get on :thumbsup:

have them on the window ledge, putting another extractor in tomorrow have to drill through external wall, what a bummer, but what has to be done has to be done

put new fan in temps holding at 27-29c yeeeeeeee-haaaa were back in business gave the girls (fingers crossed) a feed of bio-grow today everything looks good , its T.L.C. from here on in ill keep ya s posted
