a little AB Norml

I came up with an idea to beat the politicians at there own game, so i wrote a letter to norml about it.
it has been plenty of time for them to respond and i have heard nothing, so i would like to take my idea to you and ask each and every one of you to email and or write your local norml chapter. let me explain.

when there is a bill in the house and senate that looks like the president will pass congress will usually attach some sort of bullshit to it this extra bill is called a rider. For the last 2 times the patriot act has been passed in this country sand not a single politician has even read one page. most bills have hundreds of riders attached to them. They dont have the time to review them all. get my point.???

Why cant we attach a rider to the patriot act when it comes up for renewl, or attach a rider to some other popular bill that will pass?
and when the president signes the main bill into law the rider will coast through and become law as well. We can slide this PAST the politicians and beat them at there own game, WE can trick them into makeing MJ leagle once again. They will never see it comming. there must be a few congressmen that are hemp friendly.

So i ask all of you, my fellow tokers. rise up and contact your local NORML chapter and PASS ON THIS IDEA TO THEM AND LETS SEE IF WE CAN PULL THIS OFF!
Its time to stop bitching and doing nothing and its time to right the bongs errrrr i mean wrongs!
If we pass it at the federal level then the DEA wont have a leg to stand on. It will be lawfully leagle nationwide.

that a pretty clever idea...though i dont think it would work...still clever though
