Anyone know how long the shelf life is for Quick Fix Formula 4.0? :( I bought the bottle I have now last June, 10 months ago, and I haven't had to use it. May be getting a job offer here this week and may have UA by end of week. Will it still work or should I get another to be on the safe side?
2 year shelf life.
Check the batch code on the upper-left corner of the instructions sheet thats with the QF. The batch code means the date of manufacture, in which the 2 year shelf life begins.
Example: If the QF batch was manufactured in June 2006, the batch code would be F-6B06. Meaning the second week of June '06.
You can always test the QF if you have any doubts about its reliability. Order some Urinecheck 7 adulteration test sticks which can be found by doing a Google search.
Great post here Burnt Toast. Thanks! The batch# on my bottle is F4A-06, which I would assume was April '06. Sounds like this bottle is still good.
