Yes I believe there is a guide in the FAQ section, but I would recommend bending over pruning, you don't lose any part of the plant and you can make it nice and bushy. I do it all the time with my lanky plants and they bush out quite nicely.

Pruning also induces extra stress consequently vegging time is increased! :)

I used to pinch a lil off the top but now i use LST and the trip isnt as long.
