CFL to HID for 1-2 weeks, worthwhile?

My plants getting up there in age and through a random series of events I could now possibly be able to use an 400w HPS system in my closet. My plants are about 40 days into flower and have been using a little under 200w for their growth thus far and I've been as happy as I can be for my first grow thats gone somewhere.

Although my question is would it even make a difference to put them under the new lights for the reaming days or is they're growth pretty much already decided at this point. I figure even a short spike in accelerated growth could make a difference.

it will deff be worthwhile...

think like this... i flower under a 400w for the majority of the flower time, then put them directly under the 1000w during the last few weeks. seems to realy make them swell...

you got like 20 days left man maybe more yeah it will be worth it will penetrate to lower parts of plant also

Well I hope it works out and I get to use one... theres another 400w without a ballast so thats too bad, i need to do some research and maybe i can pick one up.
