I got charged with drug paraphernalia yesterday in the state of Texas. During a 'random' drug dog search among the cars at my high school, the dog sniffed out my car and they found a grinder with a small leaf in it. I checked out the laws for it and its a $500 maximum fine and no jail time in Texas.
Has anyone been charged with this before in Texas and what happened to you if you have?
Look at your student handbook or w/e you got. It should list all the rules and stuff and information about drugs will for sure be there. That's how it is at my high school anyway.
So they busted you for a little leaf in a grinder? Oh my god. Well, i hope you dont get into shit, but damn - everyday i read another thing that makes me glad im not in America - it seems to me America hasnt actually got any real laws - or ones that are needed.
we just had dogs go through our school recently...not one person got caught with anything this year. amazed me.
