hey!! take a look
 my cabinet is 4 ft high 2.5 ft wide 2.5 ft deep... 20 cubic ft right? im using a 250 watt hps, the ballast is outside the cab. i have 2 55 cfm fans.. one for intake and one for exhaust.. the temps in the cabinet range from 90-100 and the temps in the room where the cabinet sits are any where from 75-85 and i have no way to cool this room. I was doing fine over the winter but now its warming up the temps are going up... and will only get warmer... do you think that putting a 4 inch vortex would cool it down and just chunk the muffin fans i think the vortex moves around... 177 cfm....

how bout using both fans for exhaust and having a passive intake.. that will give you some more air flow..... also you can isolate the light from the plants by installing some plexiglass inbetween the light and plants and use both fans to cool that area...hence smaller area to cool ..just some ideas...

I would either add more fans or buy a 4-6 inch inline fan.
You can make a cool tube, but I won't because of the rumors about it wasting lumens/UVB radiation.
The comment about a passive intake and two forced air exhausted is a very good idea.
Having fans on the plants makes the difference though.
