Please help me with my setup

I have a cabinet that I want to turn into a grow cabinet. I am thinking of something like the setup in the picture I attached. I did go through several forums, and I am finding bits and pieces of all the info I need, but I am in a hurry to start this. I will describe the cabinet to yall, and I would be very gratefull if yall could help me. The cabinet is about 1 foot out X 3 feet wide X 5.5 feet tall. It will be a tight fit, but I want to grow 4 small plants and try to get about 5oz. Is this possable; also can I keep the plants about 2 feet tall? I also wanted to know what would be the best reflective matereal to use; so that light can reflect through the cabinet. I want to do a hydroponic set up, so can yall recomend a good but cheap light fixture and the bulbs needed. Also what would be the best nutrient mix to give them, both through vegging and through flowering. A friend is going to get me cuttings from some nice strains, or I might grow from spout. Please help me with thais. Also I had to know if I could get this done for under $250. Please help... Also can yall please give me a few private hydroponnic supply online stores. Thank yall in advance.:jointsmile: Also what would be a good but cheap water pump if I use 4 gallons of liquid. Also am I missing any other major parts.
