first do you think these seedlings are streching to much, or do you think it could be the genetics. and how do you think ak48 looks at about 3 or 4 weeks from seed?

Doesn't look to streched to me...may want to transplant soon.
ya i know it time i have little healthy roots shooting out the drain holes
It looks perfectly normal to me too and I just happen to have a crop of AK47 coming along too! It's a Reeferman cross with C99 but I am very well acquainted with C99 (also have straight C99 in this grow) and this cross definitely leans towards the AK side of the parents. Get it through to harvest and I know you'll be very pleased!
And definitely time to transplant when roots come through the drainage holes.
Good luck and when i get pics taken I'll leave one here so you can see what you're getting into...!
Who was the breeder?
and the lights are on I might as well take one now.
This one just finished week 5 of flowering...it was started as seed on December 12th and showed sex at January 26th. It was very easy to clone and always the first one to root and go into a pot...which I believe is from the C99 which has always been known and popular for its cloning potential.
BTW, the rather heavy undergrowth is a result from cloning all of the lower branches. This will make it a perfect candidate for regenerating too.
its not streached at all on the very contraty. deffinately trasnplant asp no more then 2 days.
so if i dont transplant will the leaves turn yellow and the roots turn brown? maybe show signs of calcium deficiancy? and when i transplant do i break the root ball a LITTLE.
roots coming out of the drain holes does not mean its root bound you wont know that till you pop it out of the pot, but would agree that it is probably due.
if its rootbound the roots will be all balled up along the outside edge of the container and its a good idea to cut the roots a few places along the outside of the ball if its rootbound before repotting. if its not rootbound and it probably isn't you can just transplant into a larger pot without even touching the roots.
i did pop it out of its three inch container and there is roots along the side. and there brown not white like there suppose to be. and it the leaves that are showing signs of deficiancy.
