weed capsules - anyone try different methods?

Hey everyone,
I'm planning on making some weed capsules soon and try out so I did a search for it to find that there are some different ways to make 'em and just wondering if anyone had any success with these different methods or can suggest a better method. Reading some of the others though I'm conflicted between trying either the microwave method, using about 20% oil and putting it in a glass dish with a top, cool in the freezer for a couple of hours and fill into capsules which are also then frozen. Also the stove method where you heat the oil to 350oF put the weed in and heat it to 300-325 letting cool to under 100oF and then capping it up destined for the freezer.

Anyone have any thoughts on which would work better or any other method?
