Will this be enough light...?

I posted this in the "indoor lighting" section but failed to get a response and I'm running short on time.

3x3xI can adjust the heigth anywhere from 1 foot to 7 feet.

why dont you just use the 400 hps for both veg and flower unless you have 2 seperate room one for veg and the other for flower, or better yet a 600 hps and use it for both veg and flower.
