i think thats the point, hes rapping about how he follows the law and all he does is get drunk. where as the stoner is takking about how hes much more peaceful, then the booze-hound gets into a drunken rage, as most booze-hounds would do when they get pwnd by a stoner.

I loved it, I just gained a lot more respect for The Streets.
