Where to purchase good outdoor seeds?

Hi me and my friend are just starting this year and need seeds. Can anyone recamend me the best/cheapest site they know or have used?

Ive used seed boutique and dr chronic and im sure there is several other seedbanks that are reliable you might check out strains and seed section of the forum to get a few more to choose from.

yea seedboutique is pretty reliable. good prices too. i ordered my seeds from them on the 5th and just got em today, with all of them in tact. oh and got free pack of durbin poison too.
