If i were to smoke a blunt in my house, and there was a fire alarm about 20 feet away, would it be set off from the smoke?

It depends on what kind of smoke detector it is, some are made to react to a smoldering matress type fire, other are designed to react to the light and heat put off by the fire. Either way just take out the batteries, and smoke it

Smoke detector*** did go off once for me in \the past so i would not do it in a house full of nuns unless you want to be caught with a blunt in ur mouth suffocating the screaming device with a pillow.
And if it happens post about it

WTF are u talking about, taking out the batteries eliminates the source of power needed for the alarm to sound.

u dont need to worry about it going off. i smoke wit some guys at the college residents and those rooms are small and all we do is smoke bong after bong after bong, and we all smoke darts aswell and it has never gone off

The first time I tried smokin in my house mine freaked out, I just took the batteries out and I've never had that problem again. Although if there are wires maybe you should just crack your window and use a sploofa, and maybe a hat over it if you are really worried
