This plant has hairs all over but i started to see these balls, should i pull em off or are they female preflowers?

Looks like male pre-flowers to me. I had lots of them on my 2 confused females from last grow. Try pinching them off, we had pretty good luck with that, only maybe 20 seeds out of 4 oz (dry)of total harvest nugs, with 2 hermis in the room.
