There's a bill floating in Texas legislatures lowing the penalty for the possession of cannabis.

Excellent Post!!!! This is the stuff that really matters whether people realize it or not! Too bad I just saw this and the review is today... I didn't have enough time to contact my Reps. DARN!!! I would have like to tried to influence this as much as possible. I will still follow it though.
