Leaves curling down

I planted 3 seeds about 3 weeks ago under 3-150w compact flouro's. Plants are looking healthy and pretty bushy, but leaves are curling downwards. They are not dried up or anything.... No nutes.. Wtf is up? Thanks in advance.
