It all depends on who you go through , like for example I could get a 10-pac of X for 80 at $8 a pill of consistant good quality while the market price of a 10-pac could be anywhere from $150-$230 regardless of quality, another example would be the rarity, shrooms could be jacked to 35 an 1/8. But someone out there in the area could get it for 25 an 1/8, it's really who you know.
