Okay, where do I start? This has been going on for a couple of days, but since my unfortunate incarceration, I was unable to post.
Okay, I had some yellowing leaves, so I gave the ladies a light dose of veg ferts for one feeding. Then, I decided to quit being such a slacker, and test my runoff. My soil was reading 6.8 and 6.9. My tap water was reading 8.0. My runoff was reading 8.0! So, using lemon juice for lack of a better product, I pHed my water down to 6.8, and flushed Lily with 12 gallons. She tanked within hours. I'm afraid she's not going to make it.
I didn't flush Pat, but she did get watered with the pHed water. She doesn't look as bad as Lily, but she's not looking real hot either.
Here's the kicker. My soil readings are still 6.8-6.9
So I bought a different pH kit. Taking a reading from the original kit, and one from the new one, I get two different results from my runoff. One says it's high, in the 8 range. The other says it's low, in the 5 range.
I am about ready to blow. I swear, when I was just giving them plain tap water, and only using my metered probe to test soil only, they were doing fine. Now they are the travesties you see here.
I'm all ears...er, eyes.:(

Are those the newest photos in your grow log?
It looks like you might have some fertilizer salt burning going on. I would flush your plants if that is the case.
Also how far are your lights from the yellowing?
Yellowing on the bottom of the plant is normal as it uses energy from the fan leaves to grow.
I am sure others will give you some insight.
Post photos here so people can see them.

More pics. Eric, my light is roughly 1 foot away. 400w hps, with a few 100w 2700k cfls for side lighting.

My municipal tap water runs anywhere from 7.8-8.0 on a yearly average
I feed every 3rd watering.
I water to 25% runoff.
They are on day 33 of 12/12.
Any more questions, just ask.

looking at the pics you have some lights very close, they look like enviro lights but even they can manage to burn.but you still have the ph problem.have you tried putting clean water through to see exactly the change of ph as it passes through your soil? have you considerd that some of your nutes might be getting locked in and flushing with clean water for a while might improve your situation?

Hey Matt...yeah, when I flushed my runoff was still 8.0. When I saw what happened to Lily after flushing, I didn't flush Pat.
The close lights are 2700k 26w (100 output) cfls, and they are actually about 1-2 inches away. Those are just side lighting.

Nothing new I'm afraid.
We've finally got the water situation squared away in my new house, and should be moving in by this weekend. I think I'll transfer them to there, and commence intensive care.

Some of the leaves look like some of my plants do when they get to close to the light.
One foot is fine for the 400 watt.
Move your cfls a few more inches away. They can put out more heat than you think.
This is totally savable.

I'm moving them to the new house today. I don't have a room set up yet, but they need to be moved or I can't care for them properly. I'll have to put them in a makeshift area for now. It will still be better than their current setup.

Water with PHed water everytime (6.5) and you want have to worry about your soil PH. It will bring it back with every watering.
There may be some salt buildup but it doesn't look like a nute burn. I see a P deficiency...there may be more.
Light bleaching looks like this.

I didn't read all this Mrs.G, cause it seems to have been taken care of, but here's a suggestion if no one has mentioned it already: Get a new pH tester! lol. I bought a digital one off of ebay for $30 including shipping, it works really well and is accurate to .1 I believe. They're usually really expensive in stores, but ebay is great. It's worth a shot!
