Hello Dave,

It is not necessary that the customs or postoffice will notify you for an intercepted package. There is a little delay in shipping because we have to spread out packages over time and countries. Max. shipping time is now 1,5 months. Please reply on the 5th of March if you haven't received anything by then.

Since you are not responding, you leave me no other option. I will be going on all the grow forums and giving you a negative report. I have done a lot of research to this point and have found you on a list of known scam sites among other dubious reports.

That's odd....I bought seeds from them awhile back and had no problems. Took about 3 weeks. Didn't buy from them again because they didn't have the selection I wanted.

I'm waiting for some seeds from a different company now. Last time I ordered from them (sunday) I got them the following Thursday. Now it has been 6 business days and no seeds. I am hoping that it is just delayed because of UPS, but I'm still checking the mail @ 12:30 (arrives at noonish) incase the feds send a letter.

Have you had any problems in the past? Any reason why you would be on a watch list? My sister's friend is on a watch list, and when my sister sent him cookies in the mail, they got intercepted and even a few were missing lol.

I' am very happy for you. i hope you have a bountiful harvest:rasta: It seems that some people do get their seeds. If no one got their seeds, word would travel like wild fire of this scam. If some packages conveintly disappear (i.e. never sent in the first place), then bds can always chalk it up to external circumstances and pad the ole bank account. This is all speculation. I can only speak only speak from personal experience and from the numerous post from good folks who have been boned by bds. Do take note that one thing seems very similar in most complaints including mine. Not only did the the seeds magically disappear, so did their customer service.

Well that's the part that makes you know it's scammy....when the customer service doesn't talk to you etc....the moment they didn't answer your last question to them about getting in touch after March 5..... Hope you didn't lose too much $$$. Makes sense what you say about not all packages getting "lost" just enough of them.....

If you are speaking of the owner or operator of bds. I wouldn't know. I am not on a first name basis with him. As a matter of fact, I'm on a no name basis with him. He does not respond, as you can see from the above correspondence excerpt. If he mistreats his customer base like this much more. He won't be able to sell through bds anymore and will use the site he has set up under a different name. I guess if you have his phone #, it might be a little easier to get a reply:thumbsup: I sent him the link to this forum and welcome him to respond in defense of his business. Why do you suppose it is so hard for him to get his stealth packaging through the system when people like Dr. Chronic have very little trouble. All I wanted was a pepsi:smokin:

I claim BDS stole my money. BDS has knowledge of this and other threads I have posted elsewhere. So where are his ardent supporters? Where is he for that matter? If you ran a legitimate business and it was being attacked so flagrantly, wouldn't you stick up for yourself? Down with scammers like buydutchseeds.

Geez, everytime you post a new message it goes to the top of my screen, and I start at the bottom with replying (oldest messages). Since yours was on top everytime, I didn't see it until now.

I was going to reship your order but since you have posted these messages on forums, I am not going to. That is, if you will not rectify them. We have ten thousands of satisfied customers, but there are always some that can't be satisfied or just want to be a pain in the ass, those are the people you meet on forums.
When somebody doesn't receive their seeds and open a Support Ticket about it, we immediately reship. Some people don't let us know they did not receive anything, then how are we supposed to know?!?!

I will post this identically in the forums. It seems we have a disagreement here. You feel I need to rectify a situation, before you act like a responsible business and send my order. I feel like the only reason you are talking to me is because I made the posts. The bottom line is I paid you over two months ago and you have responded to me twice, with the wrong answer both times. I have stated to you before that I will update the posts regularly and accurately. If you really want this to turn out right, send the seeds and I will update the post to attest to that fact. I assure you I never wanted to be "a pain in the ass", I just wanted reasonable and fair customer support.

I can appreciate using negative PR for effect, but BDS made good quickly without having to blast them on forums. I will give them another chance one day...ONE MORE CHANCE. Let's just say I think what they choose to hide seeds in can easily arouse suspicion, and let that be a warning to you and your defense in case your seeds get confiscated. names have been changed to protect the innocent...I respect them and want them to stay in business for everone's benefit!

I received an empty envelope in the mail. Now, I understand you claim no responsibilities for confiscation or theft. However, it appears to have been mailed in what was supposed to be a {}. How could that not arouse suspicion or pose a possible threat?

Beans arrived today. It took approximately 3 weeks after BDS reprocessed the order. I am an honest person and must say that once I was able to get the attention of support at BDS, things were handled well. For the record, I ordered seeds on Jan. 20 and received them on April 7. Good luck to everyone else in your quest for a sea of green love.

just wanted to let you now i agree with that its like rolling a dice but not sure about them trying to screw poeple may be rong but iv used nirvana and BDS and they where ok took around 3 weeks for nirvana and 4 weeks for BDS so they both not bad but strains not as good as other breeders so im onto other breeders now so on my way up:rastasmoke:

ye they seem very good at dutchbreed iv got of them a few times and they gave me free seeds, not with every order i emailed them and they said yes they just pop free packets of seeds into someones enverlope a bit like a loto witch is good idea i think and are good at stealth as well ;) im happy with them and they help you as well so i like them but thats my opinion :hippy:
