I hate confrontation stuff. I need to hand in my notice, but I am afraid to go back there I was pisssed when they made me work when I had off, then they didn't schedule me forever. I have to also get my tax return sheet they haven't given me it and one more pay check.
EDIT: I am 16 so I don't need the money really.

if youre doing your job well, that just might be the case!
go to that meeting dude. i know youre only 16 and im assumming this could be your first job, so i bet youre nervous, but it looks good if you show initiative and interest.
who knows, if its bad then who cares you plan on leaving anyways right? you got nothin to lose.

Just think how they'd feel about you if you DIDN'T give 2 weeks.. Nice job, thats honorable, not many people give their employer that courtesy. The next 2 weeks will seem awkward but have fun with it. It'll blow over, and if not, then you get to leave! ;)

in any sort of deal like that, be it at an automobile dealership or in your case, a potential raise, you always look for above the settling amount, so then if they cant match it, theres the possibility of them matching your actual asking price.
tell em you got offered way more and see what kind of figures they come up with. it couldnt hurt.

I HATE giving notice too. I gave my two weeks to my boss at a fast food place (where i was a supervisor) and she didn't talk to me. I had left the letter on her desk and she never confronted me about it, but apparently she was so pissed when she got the letter (luckily i wasnt working that day) that one guy quit on the spot because of her freaking out, lol. The letter was really nice btw, I wasn't mean or blaming her for being a shitty manager or anything (which she was lol)...
I quit the job I had after that fast food one, without giving any notice at all. Needless to say, that didn't go over well either. However, this boss had forced me to leave the fast food job right away (so i had to scramble to get rid of all my shifts) in the first place...so she sort of deserved what was coming to her anyways.
I have had a lot of jobs....lol.

Lol, I thought of never going back to work and never answering their phonecalls ever again. I didn't go through with it though, still that situation sucks majorly.

My problem is the company im moving to is close with my company and do business with them,i actually work at a cars dealership so my boss pretty much knows every trick in the book when haggling.:stoned:

By law, taxes don't have to be done until April 29th, so they have time still. If I remeber right, T4 slips have to be mailed out by the end of March, so yeah. :)
Just be glad you gave them 2 weeks notice. It's better than walking out, otherwise you won't be able to use them for a good reference on your resume.
I know what it's like though. All the jobs I've had, I have walked out except 2. :p I know, pretty bad, but I remeber the one I had a resuraunt. It was a Friday night, and after 6 months of cooking I was stressed to the max, so I gave in my 2 weeks notice after a bad night. For the last weeks, they shorted me on hours, sent me home early, and treated me like shit. Not my co-workers, they were cool and said goodbye to me, but my boss and the owner were pricks.
There was more than one reason why I left other than the stress, but that's another story. :)
