Considering purchasing High-grade seeds on lineā?¦ What are the real risks? Iā??m an old time (early 70s) grower from the Ozarks. Here in Texas when you purchase Hydro there are never seeds and the stuff that comes from Mexico sucked in the 70s and still sucks today. It appears that seeds from ā??banksā? are Dutch but shipping through mail into US (Texas) has got to be a crime even for the receiver. (ME)ā?¦

Is this commonly done and what are the odds of detection. Are there ways to stay totally safe?

if cutsoms manages to find 'em they just confiscate them, put in a peice of paper telling you they were confiscated and the (now empty) package continues on..

well so i've heard over and over...
