i used to go to college in a big scottish town, a few guys in my fraternity wore kilts, this one guy in particular would wear one with no skivies. people would ask him: what are you wearing under that ? his reply: boots.

I love summer... All the girls wearing very little... The heat sucks but the clothes are hot. No pun intended.
