how long does it take to build tolerance?

how long would it take to build tolerance at a couple grams a week. also if u build a high tolerance and quit for a week how long does ur tolerance stay down??

I've heard it's dependant upon body weight, but I'm not sure of the validity of that theorem. I know for me it takes about a month to lower my tolerance considerably, and about twice as long to build it back up smoking weed of consistent potency.

Going on experiance i'd say after 5 days of smoking all day every day, i'd need 2 bongs instead of 1 to feel the way i wanted.

It'll be different for every person i assume.
