Strain to help with anxiety...?

I have anxiety problems along with anti-social disorder and bi-polar...is there a certain strain that will help me just relax...I do not want the rapid heart beat bud...or the hyper/up/go do something bud...just the relax and chill/watch TV kind of high.

Also since this will be my first time growing is there any kind of strain that is mold resistant...more so than others...keep in mind what kind of high I'm looking for....Thanks for anyone who responds...!

a lot of Mandala seeds are bred for depression, anxiety and others......very cheap too

Blowfish is a great strain for anxiety....also Chronic Cinderella works well.
BF is a pretty hard Clone Only strain to find though...but it is one of the best for anxiety :)

I aslo have anxeity and a bit of depression but i was told its due to my hormones at this age (im 16) And because i am still relatively new to smoking weed.
