Uhh, I don't know if I can help you with the image, except to say try and do a Google image search, here: Google Image Search (http://images.google.co.uk/)

Once you find a suitable image make sure you save it to your PC, in a place that you'll be able to find easily (like your desktop)..

Then go to your UserCP, click Edit Avatar, and click the Browse button. Then just navigate to the saved image, select it, and click Open. Save it by clicking Save Changes.
