What nutriants for clones?

My clones are rooted and have been in the soil for 1 week on 18/6 and I plan on switching them to 12/12 in another week or two. I was wondering if I should use my biobizz bio grow or if I need to start giving it bio bloom. Also what strength should I give them for their first feeding? Thanks guys :)

i would give them veg ferts up until about a week after 12/12, and start at about 1/4-1/2 strength....
