Does anyone know when the last frost prediction is in NOVA?

Does anyone know when the last frost prediction is in NOVA?

i'm no weatherman, but in march avg. highs are 56 and avg. lows are 37. in april avg. highs are 66 and avg. lows are 46. i would guess that by april we should be frost free.:thumbsup:
