My grow plan, any opinions?

Hey people. I am planning on getting a hydrohut deluxe, w/ a two 600watt hid for my apartment, I live above someone. Do you think the sound from the fans+electricity will get me noticed. Oh yah, I plan on not really using any other electrical appliances in my house(only the coffee maker, and the phone). By the way, I am a California medical marijuana user, just don't want attention. thanks everyone.

The humming ballast can't be heard in the next room here as long as the door is kept shut so it shouldn't be a problem with your downstairs neighbor as long as your ballasts are in good working order. Even then they really don't make enough noise to transfer through the floor/ceiling. But you might want to be careful with the smellier strains.
