Hi.
Sorry it is the second thread about this.
( but in the first one I failed to upload my diagram right )
I need to have a few suggestions as to wich is the best space for growing with 2 HPS of 250 W each.
Please check my drawing and let me know your best choice. A, B, C, E, or D.
Thanks everyone

would probably go with A as per number of plants that can very alot depending on how you grow and how long you veg them, maybe 4-8 plants.

Like bejay said id choose A myself since its only 250 watt hps lights...but if your gonna grow more than 4-6 plants i would then go with C or D but personaly if i was going to grow more than 4-6 plants id uprgrade to a 400 watt hps.

2 x 250 watt HPS has more lumens than a 400 watt HPS, so i disagree with the above comment....
2 x 250 watt HPS lights will easily handle an area of 16 sq. feet - or 4 feet wide by 4 feet deep.
That equals enough light for 9-12 plants in 5-gallon buckets :)
Happy growing.

Yes but wat i meant by that is upgrade to 2 400 watt instead of 2 250 watt hps lights...and then id just use the 2 250 watt lights for veg with a mh conersion bulb....but yes ur above statement is correct 2 hps lights give more lumens then one 400 watt sorry for not making it clear that i meant to uprgrade to 2 400 watt lights

Hey THANKS EVERYONE !!!!!
I will start building up this weekend.
Very soon I would like to post the progress of this room and it´s habitants.
Does anyone recommends me to continue with this case in this thread ?
Or should I open a new thread for the process of growing ?
Well...I´m not much of a forum man as you all can see. But I will be.

Hi smokers _::rasta:
Well. It´s been a long time since I last wrote.
This post will be to update. Another one for doubts.
I took me a while to build a decent place. Now is ready.
As you can see in the pictures the room is completed with the space you guys suggested. 1.2m x 1.2m for 4/5 plants.
Now I have the lights hanging on the roof, I got 2 timers for them and I also got an humidifier (wich is not needed so far ), a humidimeter and termometer and a big fan to move the little plants a little bit-.
So far I have used 4 seeds with success but after a short trip to the beach travelling with the plants I find a little accident and 2 of them are dead :( . We still have this 2.
1 - White Widow
1 - Blueberry
I made a little journal for the growing of this two. Please check the pictures.
I´m also making more plants now to fill up the space. Another Blueberry, The Church, and some other seeds.
Let me know if enyone sees something wrong in my setting so I can make improvements.
Thanks
Please read my next post with my doubts, and help make my babies gigantic.:rastasmoke:

Hey . I´m finding my first grow problem that I cannot find the solution by reading.
My Blueberry is twisting, just a bit, but twisting.
She was place in soil 10 days ago on May 18th as another WhiteWidow I have. But this one is twisting.
I thought distance to lamps, I have 2 HPS x 250w and the plants are a little more than one feet from them. I think this is safe.
The temp does not raise 28 degrees as you can also see in the picture.
Now I´m trying shoting an humidifier in front of them to raise up the humidity in the leaves. Í do not know how will it result.
Soil sometimes seems dry. But is only dry on top. And I water once or twice a day but not too much.
Well ..the thing is that I´m going to have total of 5 babies and I do not want to mess with all of them. Maybe only one is deform. Or maybe is some other thing.
Please help me I´m worried. :(
Thanks !

wouldnt worry about it much it will probably turn into a nice plant just give it some time and when you water you should water enough that you have atleast some drain out of the pot and then let the soil dry out quite abit between waterings you shouldnt never really need to water twice a day.
