I have ~800 Mp3s but i'm looking to get some mp3s of some old stuff I used to listen to, but I don't remember off the top of my head. If someone could help me out. I am gonna list a few bands so you can judge my taste. Then add some music you can recommend. Chances are I will probably agree. Kind of nostalgic thing.

A Perfect Circle
Alice In Chains
Chevelle
Chimaira
Coal Chamber
Cold
Deftones
Disturbed
Korn
Metallica
Mudvayne
NIN
Pantera
Rage
Rammstein
RHCP
Static X
Sublime
System
Tool
Type O Negative

So yeah...think of anything ballpark? Anything you can recommend that I might like. And yes I listen to other types of music (tx country/rap/popular). But I have those all covered...I want some honest to goodness rock/metal stuff.

Dead Meadow ---the best space rock band i have ever listened to. EVAR. the spaciness of pink floyed but 2x deeper, the heavy, raunchy, driving guitarness of Sabbath but about 20 years more mature.
Bardo Pond ---like Dead Meadow but easier to listen to when you aren't transitioning to/from sobriety.
G.love and Special Sauce ---hip hop broken down to its groove and blues roots. slightly Sublime-like. lots of fun. great to toke to while lounging on the porch with a tall glass of lemonade.
Muse ---if you like Radiohead and The Mars Volta, you'll dig Muse. one of 'the big four' bands.
