I took my mother from a lot of 10 plants that were started from seed. They vegged for about five weeks, then after about 5-6 days of flowering the first female showed hairs. Being that this plant showed the most active growth, I removed it from the 400W HPS flowering room and put it in a closet under a 96W T5 floro lamp. It has been in there for about two weeks under 18/6 lighting. Should I worry about this plant going hermie from shock? How long should I expect it to take to revert back to veg so I can take good clones?

Also, this mother is still in the 2 gal pot that I added flowering nutes to for a week before turning back to 18/6, should I flush and/or transplant to a larger pot now that it is back on veg?

How tall is the girl? From what I hear Hermies are always possible with light moves. I think 2 gal should be fine if your just going to cut it up to clones. . .Flushing would be a good idea though.

Right now she is about 30" tall, hairs from preflowers are starting to dissipate and growth seems to be resuming.

I know they sell flushing agents out there, but when I asked at my local grow shop the lady said that flushing with 1/4 strength nute solution would be just as good, any thoughts???

I flush with just water, then ph, then feed. . .

Is is normal for the mother plant to have the pre-flower pistils remain indefinitely once it is back on a vegetative growth cycle?

I'm pretty sure it is, thats what we've got going on a little bit too. We took clones from the plants just AFTER they were done being sexed so there were little white pistils there forever. In fact, they are still there.
