i live in Phoenix, Arizona and i was planning on growing marijuana outdoors i was wondering wut would be a good month to start them outdoors?

I am starting my second outdoor grow today! I just started my seeds in a paper towel and they are going inside for a short veg then going outside into the Arizona heat.

I have grown many many plants outside (other than cannabis) and all they need is alot of water as it dries up within 3 days (I water every 2 in the summer). If you can find a spot that might shade your plant from the noon sun, that would be best.

ps. I started a whole garden under CFLs inside in early february, then put them outside around the ides of march. They are doing fine and have shown no problems other than one Zannia that has a bit of bug problems, but a whole colony of praying mantis' will fix that (home depot, 200 eggs for $6 or so).
