Dry mouth and lips?

Usually the day after or morning after I smoke my lips and mouth are very dry. This is probably pretty common, Im just curious. I feel like I need to drink a gallon of water the next day. Any way I can prevent this or make it better. Oh and I hate chapstick haha.

Just drink liquid or chew gum after you toke, and you should be good. :cool:

if your smoking before you go to sleep and not drinking anything then thats probably why, just drink some water after you smoke and don't go to bed thirsty

This can be a sign of a nutritional deficiency, its pretty common. You need to get a better balance of fats in your diet. If you eat at McDs I would strongly suggest stopping immediately. It is to do with omega 3, 6 and 9. I suggest eating some hemp as it is the herb with the closest combination of fatty acids to what the right balance of these is for humans.

I think my lips are permanently scarred from smoking too much weed. I think there's an imprint of a mouthpiece of a bowl on my lips.
