i have seen a lot of threads where people have had cancer...i thought i would start a thread and see who has had what....

i had cervical cancer that spread into my uterus, and it was not hpv related..i still have 2 tumors that are noncancerous that i have opted to leave alone..one is in my right lung, and one on my left adrenal gland..i was 28 when i was diagnosed, and had a hysterectomy 30 hours later..i had a mild heart attack from lack of calcium 2 years later..i have been cancer free almost 4 years now...the chemo was harsh, and i have many problems from it such as severe allergies, to about everything, and some other issues with my immune system..it was hard to deal with at 28, and still is sometimes, as i would have liked to have another child....things happen i guess....

so, i thought i would share, and satisfy my curiosity of what others have dealt with...

anyone else?

My mom had cervical cancer. Thankfully they caught it early enough so that it didnt spread.

my mom had breast cancer and now has no breats which upsets her a lot , and then about 3 years after all of her cancer was finally gone she found out that she had ovarian cancer .. then she had to have those removed which was really hard for her. i can't imagine loosing all of those things and my heart goes out to anyone who had to deal with cancer or anything like that its terrible

My grandma survived cancer. Lung cancer. She got it from smoking cigs, 2 packs a day. She was around 70 or so when she had surgery, she is missing almost her whole left lung I think.
