ive always took bout 12-18 to get a good decent trip, but its not all the good of a trip besides the visuals you get the twitches hard core you need to keep you self moving to get rid of the twitches but all together its a pretty good trip.

i took 600 mg of dyphenhydramine of this allergy medicine and its pretty cool but after your 2nd or thrid time you may get the shits of it..at least i did cuz i dont like being so tired. its way cool though.
