2 questions, Red sork, And Fly Prob

I Seem to have the same problem with every plant i grow, they all have red storks??? How do i cure that? is it a nute def?

Also i keep getting these small slow flying flys that lay tranpartent worms/babys in the soil, How do i kill them and keep my plants happy!??

Any help woud be GREAT....
