What is your advise or opinion on methods of getting clean in 5 days. This is assuming semi-regular use, but i also have a very fast metabolism, eat a lot, and am going to start playing basketball again which should be a good amount of cardio. So based on this i don't think getting clean in a 5 day period (when i have to get clean) will be very difficult. But anyway does anyone else have any other tips or suggestions for me?

substitution is the only sure fire way. urineluck.com has quickfix which is my fave.

substitution is too risky, messy, and just plain stupid. Simply follow the dilution guidelines of drinking lots of water, cranberry juice, gatorade, etc.. the day of your test. Make sure a day or two before, you test yourself with a simple at home drug test kit you can pick up for $14.99 at your local CVS pharmacy, then you will know for sure. I've had 8 drug tests in my life, only ever failed 1 and that was because I only gave myself 35-40hrs of being clean, didnt drink enough water the day of my test, and didnt buy an at home test kit. Every other one I've had, I've only needed 5-7 days of being clean, and I passed everytime. Keep in mind, you dont have to be COMPLETELY clean of the THC metabolites, you only need to be below the threshold of 50 ng/ml, anyone who does drug tests for a living (my mom used to) will tell you that. I have subbed almost in the triple digits and I have never made a mess, it isn't hard at all, and I never have to stop smoking. Once you do it once you will see how easy it is. Nothing stupid about a 100% method of passing.

Well no disrespect intended. Everyone has their own personal preferences, and I just prefer not to have to deal with other people's piss or fake piss and the risk of getting caught. Besides, going 1 week clean def isn't going to hurt me, my body needs a break every now and again, PLUS my tolerance goes way down so that when I finally do smoke again, it takes barely anything to get me completely ripped, which in turn, saves me money =)

I use my own clean urine that I have stored 420 so I don't have any problems.
