Carol county I think its by haford county matter of fact I know it touches Baltimore county cus Liberty Heights goes all the way out there

Carroll County is about 45 minutes NW of Baltimore. Right above Reisterstown,MD

A nice place to smoke in CC is at Morgan Run off Klees Mill Road, which is off Rt 32 S in Westminster. Nice stream in the woods with rocks to sit on within the stream. Nice to hang with friends or a quiet place to hide without being bothered by the 5-0.
