NEW MEMBER PROBLEMS

ok i need members i know to rally me on this...i dont wanna seem the moany fuck even though i know i probably am,

is it me or are these newest memebrs latly having a bad attitude about them?

i mean it seem these days i cant go into a thread without sum new user whos been here for 1-2 days or 3 posts starting to insult our more regular members with their...."own truths"

i dont want anyone banned or anything....well i did but ive said sorry and waiting to for him to be the adult muture person he probably really is before i complain to anyone or bother a mod, its just the whole thing i mean why think you can stroll into any forum on the web insult people trying to show your the next best thing since slices bread and act like it wasnt expected for them to retaliate?


so what i geuss im saying is mods i know you do a good job , i just want you to be aware when this typa things happens i mean i know id get banned for a personal insult/attack......but i sometimes cant stop thinking in the way of....."you insult me i insult you.... but you gotta admit its humans nature. also not pinning this down to me having probs with new members its happend a couple of times to random peeps about the site. im just asking for your leaniency in this type of situation.

I there defense though some ppl get them started by belittling them and just verballing assaulting them as if it were a spectacle. On some kids second post some ass hole totally ripped him a new ass hole when all he wanted to do is know how to use a drug other than cannabis. thats a point i geuss i missed myself but yeah that does happen also...some new members sometimes dont get the warm welcome they may have been described by friends or just thought they might get,

well since you brought it here, i'll bring it here too....

there were to reasons he was 'dismissed'

1. it was obvious by his post content that he had no idea what he was even wanting to do, he just heard some rapper say said substance and all of a sudden now he wants to know how to make it.. you don't make it... if he had heard about it from a friend, they woulda told them that as well... so it's apparent he wanted to do it cuz he heard it in a rap song....

2. we're not allowed to tlak about ANYTHING other then cannabis anymore... for good reason but i'm not gonna bother saying why again (i've said it in so many threads i'm actually tired of having to explain rules to people)

so not only did he have no idea what it was he was even talking about (GOOGLE... if he wanted to know so bad) but he was breaking rules.. and i'm suprised the thread even lasted that long.


chisme yes i know what you mean, but i have a strong suspicion it's the same couple of people.. cuz when we get rid of one of them, another comes up almost immedieately... last night part fo this theory was proved... one dude was sitting there stirring up crap, got bannd then on another account (same guy, and it was proved) started defying the rules and defending the first account.. so it's obvious trouble makers are using more than one account... i suspect it's the same couple of people.. and as for what thecreator said, read my post...

no one gets shat on for nothing.... there are some pricks about, but the real regulars aren't dicks by far...

I agree with the member stuff. There's a reason I've been sticking to sexuality and politics (even though I still rarely post)...it just seems like the same few threads get cycled around under different names...

About new members, I remember when I was new and caused problems. Someone, I don't remember who, put me in my place very quick...and I grew to be at about 3000 posts (P.E.N.G.U.I.N. had almost 2000) and I guess a decent enough member...and I get really angry when new members come around thinking they're God's great golden nuggets or some shit like that and start shit with those of us who have seen the forum's face change over the past couple of years just because they have a + under their names...

The only thing we can do, as old members, is stick together. Act as pseudo-mods...put out fires if they're growing...remind people of the rules...and be kind to people. Fighting gets old quick.

I don't think there is a way to get around it. I still think I'm a new-B but I am here to learn. But like I ways saying, I think people need a bad guy, people need a common enemy to bring them together as a whole, it helps bring vets closer to other newbs also. yea i have tryed it and seemed to work , all plants were female, i used gibberellic acid made the female go hermaphrodite,Then i use the pollen from that plant to fertilize a second female (not a hermy) then you should have feminised seeds becasue lack of male DNA in the pollen

only somethin like 5 layers in that sig.... 2 of the original face, 1 for the lightning/smoke effect, and 2 layers for the texts
hardest part was erasing everything around the eyes on one layer... took fuckin ages lol

anyways you could use photoshop cs2, thats what i use.
(i have a cracked version and a very cool keygen which can be tricky to use at first)

-quality of weed e.g. dro is no different to any weed just a method and shwagg etc

-don't post pictures expecting to get a weight, cause you can't tell!

stuff like that, which noobs would ask upon joining, I know this because these are the sort of questions that I asked when I was new and thank god that people had the patience to answer them, but I think it would be easier to make sticky's on the recreatonal forum.
